Our management team
Started B2 Perfection in 2005 and had humble beginnings. Now we are very proud of what we have grown into today. Over 42 years of experience: 3 years as a painter, 23 years as a body and frame tech specializing in wheel alignments, and 16 years estimating and managing auto body shops. Local boy, graduated from Homestead High born and raised here in Silicon Valley.
Tristin started off as an insurance adjuster and moved up to become the auto damage supervisor for the central valley area of California. In 2014, Tristin joined the B2 Perfection team and is now the general manager.
Adrian has been with B2 Perfection since 2017 and is our production manager. He is responsible for the facilitation of OEM procedures and the workflow of repairs. He is also our #1 when it comes to scanning/ calibrations of all vehicles.
Mario started with B2 Perfection in 2011 and has moved up through the shop ranks from detailer, parts manager, estimator assistant to his current position as our senior estimator.
Ernesto Sibaja (EJ)
Ernesto started with B2 Perfection in 2012 in the parts department and detailing cars. He rose through the ranks and obtained an extensive knowledge of each departments’ intricacies. Some of his roles included working as a parts manager, estimator assistant, and ultimately becoming an estimator.
Victor came aboard in 2016 as a detailer and was one of the fastest promoted employees to rise through the ranks to become an estimator.
Mitchell has been with us since 2016 and brings some hands-on shop experience with the detail department, disassembly/reassembly, and some light paint prepping. Mitchell was then promoted to Estimator in 2019.
Max came to B2 Perfection in 2021 referred by Mario. Mario saw the great fit Max would make into the organization. Max's customer service and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time have proven to be his strengths at the shop.
